ZCJ系列除节机/ ZCJ Series Knotter
结构特点：
用于去除蒸煮后的化学木浆或草浆中未整洁的木节或草节及原料中的金属、砂石等重杂质。固定的旋翼、旋转的波纹筛鼓，能高效分离杂质。
受保护的旋翼设置与布置，旋翼的使用寿命长，设备运行安全。浆料使用浓度范围广：1.5~5%，生产能力大
设备能耗低且维修方便。
Design Features
The pressure knotter is to remove the wood knots and straw knots in the
cooked chemical wood pulp and straw pulp and heavy rejects such as
metals,sand,etc.
With its fixed rotor and rotating corrugated basket, the knotter can be more
efficient in separating and removing the rejects
The rotor can work in a long-life with its protection design
With high capacity,the knotter can work in wide range of inlet consistency
from1.5%~5% Low power consumption and easy maintenance.
